Good experience overall. Good and gentle service

The food was excellent. All of the meals were varied and the choices very good. The Gala evening meal on the 24th December was superb. We have stayed at other hotels where the Gala night was more of a damp squib but the staff here pulled out all the stops for this night, thank you very much. The promenade goes on for miles and we enjoyed a daily walk as the weather was not too cold. We asked for a quiet room and were given a room on the top floor, the view was fantastic over the sea and we heard very little noise from outside of the room.

Great pool area. Hotel very clean. Large lobby and good sized bedrooms. Lots of different areas to sit and relax in. Fantastic location. Good selection at breakfast and the staff were all very helpful.

The pool area is fabulous: huge deep pool, nice pools for children, fun slides, pleasant jacuzzi, comfortable chairs under beautiful palm trees, lots of good drinks for reasonable prices. The rooms (mattresses, bathrooms, balconies) are very comfortable.

Pool area looks amazing, hotel staff is also very kind and helpful, cleanest accomodation we have ever seen in Spain. Cleaner lady did a great job every they she even organised the kids toys on the bed in a funny way. Plus point for the amazing cleaning staff!!!
